This review is being written on behalf of my parents, Mr. and Mrs. Silliman, who had nothing but praise for Rob, the person at this location that they recently worked with. The microwave space in their kitchen fits one size of microwave, that's the way the house was built, and their microwave broke down last year. They needed a new one, but they specifically needed one that fit in the bespoke cubby hole. This took them over six months, for the process was replete with countless businesses sending them wrong items, endless streams of handy-people offering no help at all, general incompetence, and a consistent attitude of "we give up, figure it out." I was very hopeful but unfortunately disappointed. We had an outdoor kitchen installed. A job that was promised to take 2-4 weeks was stretched out to 8 months!!! Had many issues along the way, empty promises, poor communication. I would sometimes wait 2 weeks to hear back about a basic task. I was never able to contact the supervisor, not even once since the project started. Was WAY overpriced for the quality of work. I had to do so much of my own to get the result I wanted. The work is still unfinished as the range hood is poor quality and they refuse to return it. These guys don't back up their work, there is no real warranty on anything they do. Recently, World Home Improvements converted our guest bathroom tub shower to a fully tiled walk-in shower. First of all, Greg, the job supervisor kept us totally and timely informed of each and every step of the process. He is awesome to work with. From the demolition and rebuild of the enclosure, to the tile work and installation of the glass doors, to the final inspection, it was a flawless remodel. They did a great job from beginning to end, and the finished product is everything we could have hoped for. The tile work is especially nice. Highly recommend these folks for your home improvement needs.
