Can’t say enough positive things about World Restoration. Keith, Jim, and the entire team were very responsive and helpful from the start to finish. It started with a quick inspection which we got scheduled immediately. From there, Jim walked through exactly what the action plan was, and the crew was out within the next few days to formally start work. Customer service really went above and beyond, and they made sure that all the problems with the water damage was addressed. World Restoration came to my home and put me at ease with all of my concerns regarding issues I had with water damage and mold cleaning. Jim is very thorough and knowledgeable. World restoration was nothing, but the best experience we had in regards to getting mold remediation completed. For almost 6 months of going back-and-forth with another company, We just couldn’t get anything done. I needed a mold remediation company to help out our situation. Jim has been great. He answered the phone right when I called, reassured me when I was freaking out, sent out the group, and found all our problems and FIXED them. They were all really professional and fast. Two years later we had a leak and called them again. They came over with all their fans and dried everything out. It was done so nicely and I can't say enough good things about them.
