World Trade Center Parking Ramp

Parking dedicated for the children's museum, otherwise I'd find other parking options. It has narrow corners and spots, barely fitting the size of modern vehicles that aren't cars. 7 foot clearance but not so sure it's that clearance at the exit

When visiting the children's museum this is the best place to park for us with access to the skyward directly to the museum entrance. Also, we can get the parking ticket validated at the museum front desk for a discount.

I wouldn't trade anything for the world in regards to this parking experience... I mean, it's a parking lot and we were able to just go afterwards.

As a general complaint. Your pay machines are broken and poorly maintained. They eat apple cards and dont have a posted warning about that. They have broken help systems and when contacting the post it note number stuck to them for help, nobody comes and subsequent calls and texts are ignored. Never parking here again.

Went to the children’s museum. After got stuck in the parking ramp for two hours with my two small children…one ticket machine, the cash part was out of order and both of them couldn’t read my card. (Others couldn’t get their card to read either) The ticket part on one of them also didn’t work, it wouldn’t let you put it in. Went to the gate…and once again it couldn’t read my card..called for assistance multiple times and each time it said leave a message….went and gave it one more try, it took my ticket and I paid my parking and my ticket was supposed to come back out…but the machine malfunction once again and I didn’t get my ticket back. At this point it’s been two hours….got back to my car, went to the gate pushed the call button again..finally someone answered and he just let me throug
