Highly recommend. If you are in the market looking for a cooling and heating systems for your home but don’t know what you want or need. They are the one to go to. They are very professional, knowledgeable and patient to guide you through the different options for your home and needs. Installation was neat and clean. Wasn’t much to clean up after. I had my cooling and heating systems installed for almost two months now and it’s great. It’s cools down the room very fast and I no longer have to turn on my central cooling and heating system which wasn’t cost efficient.

Great Midea window heat pump!! Perfect for my apartment. It heats and cools efficiently. The best part is how quiet it is for a window unit. Highly recommend !!!!!

They say they carry Midea, which is true for common parts. But I've come looking for a specific Midea communicating thermostat twice now and it's always on backorder. It's a good store, but if you need something specialized for your Midea system, definitely call first to avoid disappointment."

Many stores just sell parts, but the staff here understands how all the Midea components work together. I was having an intermittent error code on my unit, and they suggested it might be a sensor conflict rather than the board itself.
