If I could give minus 10 stars that's what I would give them! 72 days to get a bathroom vanity with quartz countertop installed. Started early September and was completed today! By my own Installer! Ken the 'designer' (that is a joke) couldn't get it right, so I had to wait and wait for re-deliveries. He is a coward and very very unprofessional. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK FROM MID-SEPTEMBER! Brian the General Manager, hung up on me after I was upset, said I called him a name .. well, here are a few I can think of: Incompetent, disrespectful, unprofessional, hostile, and basically a cry-baby.
