We had an incredible experience at Wren with our purchase. Claude from the Milford store gave exceptional customer service from start to finish. He over communicated every step of the process and had nothing but patience as we changed the design a few times. Our order was delivered on time, and smoothly. Its a shame that so many reviews are negative and talk about damaged orders, when you are given plenty of time to inspect your order and refuse anything that does not meet your expectations. I highly recommend to inspect each cabinet to ensure there is not damage, as just like anything else that you order, these cabinets are built and stored in a warehouse - and things happen. 1 out of our 10 cabinets had minor damage. I have not ordered anything and most complaints seem to be about delivery and install - so I can't comment on that. My rating is based on sales and showroom alone. The sales person gave me a brief intro to their products and procedures and then let me be to walk around the showroom on my own - excellent. When I came back to him, he answered questions and had a to-go bag ready for me with a catalogue and his contact info. It was the perfect non-pushy sales experience. The showroom is beautiful, with so many ideas, colors, set ups, cabinet door and hardware options, countertop samples, etc. I wish I could have every kitchen they showcased - their design team is excellent. Terrible experience with delivery and product. First- the wrong sink base was delivered which was rectified after a long fight on the phone with a very resistant worker who did not want to send us the correct cabinet, but wanted us to go to the showroom AND BUY THE RIGHT ONE. Even though we already paid for the right one- but received the wrong one. Then we get to installing- well- we do the bottom cabinets and they’re put together LIKE A 5 year old build them. One of the doors has a huge deep scratch in it. We spoke to our designer (KEVIN WHO HAS BEEN A GOD SEND THROUGH THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE he gets a 5/5 stars) and he recommended we open all of the uppers to ensure there was no other issues. Ha. Last year, on 03.08.2024, I purchased my products from the Milford store. I encountered a few issues, which I managed to fix on my own. However, for the most recent problem, I reported it with both pictures and via email because I was unable to resolve it myself. The company informed me that they would not provide assistance because I did not use their installation service. However, the issue was not due to incorrect installation on my part; rather, it was the poor quality of the wood used in the cabinets. It has only been 11 months since my purchase, and I have been left disappointed by the company. People do not buy these kitchens expecting them to last only two years. What an awesome experience redoing our kitchen. Luke the designer was patient, talented and very knowledgeable. The installers were amazing. Great communication throughout the experience. And the best is that I live my kitchen!
