My family and I had a need to add an 800 sq ft addition on to our house and like most folks we were anxious to complete the project quickly and with a budget. The Matt’s, as our family came to know them, worked with us from the beginning to achieve both of our goals. I have hired Wrenn’s Construction twice. project # 1 was remodeling the 1st floor; including putting in a new kitchen. I would give them a B+. There trim work and painting could have been better and they are slow it took them 1 year to complete the project. Cost was approximately $125,000. Project #2 involved taking out an old shower and putting in a new larger shower, installing new vanity, toilet . They also installed new flooring in the bathroom and adjacent bedroom. Plus I had a washer and dryer put in the bedroom. The reason I am giving them 1 star is even though they were paid they never have completed the project. The shower door has not been installed, the bathroom needs to be painted, the bedroom needs a coat of paint. The closet is not finished. New hardware needs to be installed
