9pm. Our electricity shorted out. Due to the blizzard we had water leaking into our circuit breaker. Warren was there within 45 minutes. It was a very unique problem. Warren was amazing. Very polite respectful and understanding of the situation. The temp was in the teens that night. But because so much snow accumulated on the roof and the ice dams and the heat rising against the roof somehow the water was forcing it’s under the shingles. Warren helped with the water leaking and was able to dry out and replace the appropriate things and saved us that night! I cannot recommend high enough. Honestly considering what we were dealing with and the time his price was a bargain! Thx again Warren!

Was informed over the phone they charge $150 per hour for a non-emergency job. Scheduled a technician to come out in couple days. Turns out the problem was one faulty outlet - repaired in minutes - under an hour. Then they jacked up the bill to $390!!!! I complained this job was completed in less than an hour but they would not adjust the bill or provide a coherent reason why it was not the quoted rate. I Informed them I will not be using their services again. Get your quotes in writing before you allow any work to be done. I learned my lesson the hard way. On a positive note, the technician that came out was a gentleman and seemed to genuinely care about his job.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent a whole week waiting for some guy named willie to come out and take a look at my home, and he never came, then when I called him the next week, he said he came and rang the bell and left. didn't bother to actually call me directly despite having my number. smh, go somewhere else if you want something done.

I find this company to be very punctual. Gave us excellent service and professional quality work. Keep up the good work W S Anderson
