Our experience with this company is an example of the contractor horror stories you hear about as a homeowner. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability shown by Wyatt’s Remodeling. We met with Mr. Wyatt in April of 2024 and agreed for him to tear down and rebuild our deck. At the time, he informed us that he had one project ahead of ours and gave us a projected start date of 4-6 weeks. That time came and went, with very little communication, vague responses and no real explanation for delay. Six MONTHS had passed by and he STILL had not given us a definite start date. We decided that if he didn’t provide us with a start date by October 31st (which was a little over 6 months since we met with him) we would have no option, but to find another company

They put a fiberglass panel cover over the deck, which looks great. But the problem is there are a couple of leaks when it rains that I've tried to get them to come back and fix. I've called numerous times and alway get told " we'll come next weeks" but they never came. A few days after the original post they came out to fix it.
