I called asking for service as my garage door opener would not close all the way. I described my troubleshooting resetting the garage door opener open and shut limits seeing if it was balanced and checking the security eyes. The gentleman on the phone recommended I double check the safety eyes for a short. That was the problem. Intermittent shorts causing the safety eyes to go off and retracting the door. He could have simply come out saw the short charged me X dollars for a simple fix. I greatly appreciate the honesty and character of the gentleman who answered my call.

Fast service, very professional, great rates, fast and efficient work. Gave me a great deal 2100 right off the bat for a brand new door and LiftMaster opener. garage opener is also smart and connects to the Wi-Fi and you get an app you can use to open it through the app. Got new railings everything brand new... I called 4 different companies (all supposedly in Wylie, or nearby) to get an estimate for replacement of a standard, single coil spring on a single door garage. Two of the 4 turned out to be franchises, neither of which could provide an estimate without scheduling a "free" service call, several days later. One nearby, non-franchised, was able to provide a ballpark estimate, but was unable to send a service technician until several days later. But when I called Wylie Overhead, late on a Friday afternoon, I initially got a voicemail (typical of a small business), but promptly got a text back asking for photos. Wylie Overhead just finished installing a new garage door and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Less than I expected too! Will came out yesterday to give me an estimate and the installer (also awesome!) was here today. The installer was polite, friendly and cleaned up when he was done. Great job!
