We’ve used Wyman for heating needs since 2022, and we’ve consistently been impressed by the quality of the service, from diagnostics, cleaning, repairs, and emergency oil delivery. We recently had a baby and had extra heat-loving family members move in to help. While we’re on an automatic refill plan, we’re obviously using fuel much faster than we normally do. I wasn’t paying attention to our usage, but thankfully Rocky reached out to check on us and I realized we were very close to running out and needed a refill ASAP. I didn’t even ask for an emergency delivery, because we hadn’t run out yet, but they still came out and filled up our tank on a Saturday. It really feels like they’re here to support us as best they can.

I had some issues with my furnace which left all involved scratching our heads. Numerous calls for help over several days. They were determined to find the cause and get the furnace up and running and they were successful. Thank You.

We recently purchased a mini split air conditioner from Wyman Oil. Our first contact was with Kevin, who was very professional, kind and helpful. The technicians who came to install were also very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and worked together to install, and clean up when they were finished. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

My hot water heater failed on Monday at 7 p.m. I contacted Wyman, and a technician was dispatched the next morning. The issue was resolved, and we had hot water restored by 1 p.m. on Tuesday. The process was straightforward and efficient, and the experience was very smooth. Thank you for great customer service and fast response time.

A couple of weeks ago I was drawing a bath for my kids and realized the water had gotten cold fairly quickly. I figured it was the mixing valve by the boiler but after speaking to Kevin at Wyman the next day I learned that it was the hot water coil in my 20 year old boiler. I was given the option to replace the coil but Kevin suggested adding an indirect hot water heater to my boiler. The advantage being that if my boiler goes belly up next year I can still use the hot water heater with a new boiler. During that 5 minute conversation with Kevin he gave me a rough quote. After calling around to 5 other large HVAC/Plumbing companies in my area I found that Kevin's quote was $800 cheaper than the next cheapest quote for the same work with the same materials.
