This is an add on from Kalyn LeBlanc’s review. After her review we emailed the person at the email they listed. We received a response, and an apology. They said they would come out in the next couple of days to resolve our issue and take a look at our dishwasher. They set a time, and did not show once again. Iv left another voicemail and still haven’t received a call back. This was before thanks giving when this started. We went through thanksgiving and Christmas without a working dishwasher. We spent over 400 dollars to get our dishwasher fixed and it’s still not fixed . I’m begging the owners to please call us. Please help us make this right and fix the dishwasher we paid you to fix. Please help us and contact me. If you don’t want to come back out, that’s fine, please refund our money.

Needed someone at the last minute to fix my grandmom's freezer that was defrosting itself. Called X-Factor around 3pm and they were super nice on the phone. She checked to make sure the could service my address then tried me they would be by between 4 and 7pm. I was shocked they were working that late at night! Jason and his worker came out around 4pm and fixed the freezer in less than an hour!! I had called 6 other numbers listed before I got to X-factor....only 2 answered. One said they could be here next Wednesday and one said next Friday! With the issue of the freezer defrosting, I can't wait that long. Jason came out right away!! Extremely nice people and very fair prices. Will definitely use again and would definitely reccomend to Anyone in need of appliance repair people! Po

We had a technician with X-Factor out on Oct. 25th to repair our dishwasher after they previously came out to diagnose 3 broken parts. After the technician left saying everything was fixed and all parts were under warranty, we ran the dishwasher to discover that it was still not providing heat. We called the same day to setup a time for a technician to come back. That was almost 2 months ago and after 5 NO CALL NO SHOWS we still do not have a repaired dishwasher. Each time after the appointments were missed, we had to call, there was no call from X-Factor apologizing or saying what was going on. I have requested that the owners contact us 3 separate times and have yet to receive a phone call. I left another voicemail this morning (12/15) requesting the same, tried to call back this afterno

Absolutely the worst experience with appliance repairs we have ever had. Showed up hours late for first appointment and then said they would be back in 3 days with part to repair. Ten days later they come back with the part and install and says the washer works after they ran it for 2 minutes. The next morning the washer would not run a whole cycle and we called for another appointment, said the diagnosis was different and that we needed another part for another 350.00- we bought a new washer for a little more than the $700 we would have had in repairing this one. They promised to come and get the washer and refund our money on the part they put in it and set up an appointment. They never showed up, have not returned our calls and basically screwed us. This is the worst company ever don’t use them I paid $477.63 to get my washer fixed and they never showed up to start job. I was told my appointment would be from 3pm- 6pm and then was told tech is running late and would arrive at 8:15pm he never showed up. This company is a fraud and stole my money and I will be getting my lawyer and police involved stay away from this company and owner Kourtney she was very rude and unprofessional. The positive reviews listed are fake and we’re all written by the same person just putting different names. Please stay far away from this company if you don’t want to get scammed like I did.
