Our HOA contracted X-Factor to install roofs on several buildings. They're prompt (in communications and arrival on site), do the work in the time frame communicated and keep the job site clean during and after work. The work quality is excellent, we've had no issues with the new roofs installed, and look forward to working with Tarren on future projects.
