Xact stone installed Blue jeans granite in my kitchen. Idonel and his crew drove down to Tucson for my install. They were very professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend this company and this crew for your granite installation. Thank you to everyone at the company who interacted with me making this an awesome experience. Xact Stone installed quartz countertops at our home and it was a nightmare. Communication was horrible until I got in touch with one of the owners. He was the bright spot and I appreciate him taking time out of his busy schedule to try and make things right when they delayed the project by 4 weeks. When they came out to template, I had the electrical pop ups for them to include (as they requested) but sure enough, when the slabs came for install there were no holes for the 2 pop ups. The installer was not comfortable cutting the holes on site so I was told someone else would come out when the came back to install the backsplash. That never happened. Because of that, I had to pay my electrician extra costs to delete all the prep work he did and now add outlet bars to the bottom of the new c

Product turned out average but dealing with them was a disaster. Multiple delays that were not communicated, then finally on install day I was told 9am, they showed up for install at 8:30PM. Again, none of this was communicated. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE A SINGLE PHONE CALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO UPDATE. (Happy to share receipts of that if you'd like!)

The entrance to Xact stone is a hazard. But awesome place, get your countertops and other stone renovations from here, their team is top-notch and know exactly what they're doing. I want to give special recognition to Armando Rodriguez, who is an exceptional programmer, thank you for always being so dedicated to what you do, being precise in all the jobs you work on, and working on every job as if it were your own!

The kitchen counter tops & backsplash are fitted so the design pattern is continuous from one piece to the other and the seam is almost invisible. Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect of this project! The quartz is magnificent just sitting in the showroom as a slab and when cut. The cost is very reasonable considering the quality of product and service we received. The Xact Stone team provides total quality service from every person we encountered. Each person knew of our project and could answer questions or get the knowledge person to answer them. When a “snag” occurred, we were notified immediately and provided options to a resolution.
