They gave me the wrong Zelle “by accident” then after I paid insisted it would be returned and had me pay the “right” Zelle. They left, and I ended up being charged $1500 for a $750 job. This was to replace an oven door. I could have bought a brand new stove at this point. No accountability. Very disappointed. Avoid this company.

!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!! My indoor ice maker broke and Exclusive Appliance Repair was dispatched to fix. The original repair call went in 5/24 and a technician was dispatched, stopped by and advised we needed to replace the ice maker. By 8/24 I had heard nothing. After several phone calls, I was able to set a repair date. The technician came out and told me he didn't have the new part, but installed a broken one that should work till the part came in. It didn't. New appointment and install set. The date comes and they don't have the correct part. On 9/7/24, over 3 months after the original call, the technician comes with correct part and does the install. The ice maker worked for 45 days and broke again. Since it was past the 30 day mark, nothing they could do about it. The service

These guys know what they’re doing! My Hoshizaki ice machine wouldn’t make any ice for almost a week, so Xclusive made me an appointment, I waited 2 days. I didn’t expect the price to be so high but the tech explained to me the problem very well , I was impressed, and I agreed to the repair. One visit later and 2 hours of work, and my ice machine was literally working like brand new. Thank you fellas!

Xclusive appliance inc came out to service my washer.  They arrived on time, diagnosed my problem.  Ordered the part.  After receiving the replacement part, their office called me to schedule a time, and the technician arrived on time, and completed the job within 1/2 hour.  They were great!  I recommend them to anyone who needs appliances to be repaired.

We have a dryer stacked on top of our washing machine. The washing machine needed fixing. A technician came and diagnosed the problem without issue. He said that he will order the part but the dryer will have to be removed prior to service. We offered to help them remove the stacked dryer. The technician said that he will contact his boss and let us know. Mulitple days pass by. We call them and were told by the owner (correction: dispatcher) that we refused to unstack the dryer and that they did not order the part nor knew the part number. The owner (correction: dispatcher) was quite rude. The two lies and rudeness of the owner (correction: dispatcher) means that we will take our business elsewhere.
