We lost a vent and had shingle damage during a wind storm. We had several companies offer to help but Dominic Nugent at Xperience was, by far, the most helpful and informative. We chose Xperience and had a great experience! Dominic explain the contract and costs in detail and had us in the calendar immediately and within two weeks we had a new roof. The roofers themselves were very professional and did a fantastic job. In fact, they had the roof stripped and replaced in one day. We have a pretty basic roof and it was a long day for them but we were expecting at least 2 days of work. Nothing but good things to say about everyone who worked with us!

Jeff Bartholomew at Xperience Roofing was amazing. I had roofing company after roofing company come to my door everyday advertising, and the pressure made me feel they were just soliciting. When he came, he really broke down the information about the real problem with my roof in a way I didn’t feel I was doing something I didn’t need to do. He explained the importance of the roof repair. He did all the work with the my insurance company (even over the holidays!) and my roof was replaced seamlessly with just the cost of my deductible! The construction team was fast, and efficient, and the job was done in 6 hours!

We had a great "Xperience". Mason explained the entire process and did an initial inspection, identifying storm damage from the prior year. Our insurance adjuster inspected and approved a complete roof replacement. The coordination between Xperience and the insurance company was perfect.
