At first I picked this place because of their 5 star reviews and wanting to support a Bronx local business. I contacted someone for a furnace replacement as well as some filter changes on a Saturday evening we landed on a Wednesday for a service date. He said he will reach out Tuesday to schedule a time. After not hearing from anyone all day Tuesday I gave them a call and no answer, I txt the number also no answer. After calling around other locations to find another option and no success I called this number back someone finally answers. He said he would be at the house 12pm. He was a little late to the appointment, not very communicative during the visit, was there for about 5 minutes and said he would return. Luis was super fast to respond, very flexible on timing that worked for us, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts quickly, and installed in the evening so our tenants weren't without heat. Pricing was extremely competitive. Will work with Xpress HVAC again, for sure!

My heat broke on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Luis and he came over right away. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it a day later. He is well versed in his craft and I trust his work. I will be calling on him in the spring for maintenance of my AC. He was a life saver and I highly recommend him
