Xtreme Clean 95

Extremely over priced. $259 to clean a sofa and chair. I would not have agreed to that price had i known it was that high. Before he started i told him i may get the ottoman done depending on the price. He still didnt say anything about the price, unfortunately it was partially my fault for not asking before he started, i owned a carpet cleaning business for years so I know approximately the price range and I had gotten quotes from 3 other places and everyone was about the same as I expected between 129-159. And no the furniture wasnt soiled. I had it cleaned as I always do after any work i have done due in the house due to dust. (Alergies) It was some dust created when work was done so I clean everything. You couldnt see the dust on the furniture but i know it was there due to the minor w

On Sept 13th,2025 technician was impromptu,appt.was 8am didn't arrive till 10am,then proceeded to sit in the van for like another 20 min.upon arrival,equipment didn't work,then he brought this "ginormous piece of equipment in my house,he proceeded to plug it up after me telling him he couldn't because it would kick my breaker off or blow fuses,but he did it anyway and sure enough it kicked all my electric off🙄🙄so I asked him to leave and if there was any damages he would be held responsible.

Fast, professional, and the price was right. My carpets look great! You immediately could see a difference. 5 stars!
