I had an excellent experience with this HVAC service. He came by for a cleaning, maintenance, and system check, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. He took the time to answer all my questions and even taught me a lot about my system in the process. You can tell he truly has a passion for his craft—listening to him talk about HVAC actually made me more interested in learning about it myself. I will 100% be having him back for yearly maintenance and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC care.

Mr. Kevin was really good and friendly. He explain the process and prices before start working in the unit. His price for service the system, the leak test, fix the leak, and the refill of the system with freon was cheaper than just a leak test from the other 3 other companies. He isn't trying to get your money, but he is trying to get your system to work and to help people. I will definitely call him again if I need an HVAC technician.

Kevin the owner of the business had a willingness to want to detect and fix the problem I tried to explain over the phone. When my crazy explanation of what was going on did not suffice, he came to my home and proceeded to test my HVAC system to remedy my issue. Turns out that the wiring to my automatic damper was the culprit as the heat is now felt throughout my home. Now Kevin is not an electrician, but he checked it which is more than I can say for the people my home warranty sent out. They did not even attempt to put hand on anything, nor did they catch that one of my ducts was completely not connected.. anyway Kevin was great and very through and the willingness to want to fix a problem will take him a long way. First real heat wave, and our A/C stopped working. Kevin the owner came out within 2 hours of our call. He had to get part in the morning to give us an estimate. He called when he said he would and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. He came back and did the repair when he said he would and fixed it in the rain! Great 👍 customer service! The large company we had called first still hasn’t called back with an appointment time yet.... next time Xtreme Comfort will be my first and only call!

Amazing customer service. Reasonable cost. Put my request in online at 4 am, Kevin called at 730 am and was at the house an hour later. Happy to have finally found my local HVAC repair provider!
