I selected Xtreme Roofing for my project. They impressed me initially with their stand alone approach that they value their relationship with the customer. Truthfully, that should be the mission statement of this company. I replaced the roof, soffit and fascia and had new gutters installed along with skylight installation. Every step of the way the professionalism was a cut above the ordinary everyday worker with regard to the workmanship of the crew they employ. Following the completion of each phase their lead crew team member would make contact and patiently explain what the next phase would include and inquire if I had any questions. I met Arsenio on the beach when walking the boardwalk. He took my info and the next day I got a call to schedule my appointment to examine the roof for the following day. Arsenio was on time, checked everything and gave me a quote via email the same day. Mathew Jr. was accommodating when we shared the news about my brother. Mathew Sr. came to pickup the downpayment check. He went above and beyond checking out and addressing questions we had about other issues with the house. The permit was approved in about 3 weeks. My only issue was the lack of communication between permit approval and scheduling the roof replacement. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a small business owner, I was reluctant to leave a review, however my experience was so horrible I feel as though it’s my obligation to do so. I hired Xtreme Roofing to cover my patio with a roof. What was supposed to be a dream project turned into an on going nightmare that lasted over a year and a half with delays and excuses. First thing I noticed is that they don’t do the work themselves. They hire a bunch of private contractors that are not of the best quality to do the job. Some of the guys look like they picked them up from the local Home Depot. One guy even took the liberty of urinating in my backyard and my wife saw him do it. these are the type of people they hire. One of private contractors came to my property, saying he never got paid by Xtre

They did a great job on our roof. I have done several roofs myself in the past and was very pleased with the quality of their work and how well they cleaned up when they were done. I also love their 20-year warranty that is transferable.
