Extremely disappointed in the work done by XYLEM Tree Services. While they may have fulfilled their contract with Dominion by clearing around the power lines, they completely neglected the responsibility of cleaning up after themselves. What they left behind was an unsightly, hazardous mess of limbs and debris. I now have to clean it up and haul it all away—something they should have handled as part of the job. This lack of accountability and disregard for property owners is unacceptable.
Left huge gouges in my lawn, which I would normally be able to ignore but I'm trying to sell my house.
