Y T R Handyman Royal Oak

I called Y T R Handyman Royal Oak (and ONLY this company) to have someone work on my gutters. They took down my information and then put me on hold for a long time. I hung up. Now I'm receiving calls from all over the area saying they saw I posted on Angi and HomeAdvisor for gutter repairs. I didn't! It took 5 minutes from the time I hung up with person at "Y T R Handyman Royal Oak" for me to get 7 calls from random businesses in the area. Maybe tell me you're putting my information out there. I guess I'm glad people are calling to help but not happy that I didn't consent to doing this and it happened.

Extremely unprofessional. I was scheduled for an estimate between 2-4pm. 3:30 came and went and I called to get an eta. They assured me a tech would call me right back. 4:30pm still no call, so I called again. Again, I was told a tech would get right back to me. 5:30pm and still didn’t get a call so I left the house and ran errands. It’s 10:30am the next day and I STILL haven’t heard from them.

They were very responsive to my call and I was very happy with their repair work. Their technician and crew arrived on time. And did a great job. I will definitely be using then again.
