Yakima Granite Center

We heard good things about Daniel and his crew before we asked them to install our kitchen counters. Not only did they offer competitive pricing but they were able to install the counters in a reasonable time. They were able to complete the counters with only one seam. At first I was worried about the location of the seam but they explained that it was the best place for it and would be the least noticeable and it looks great. They were professional and flexible and when I added another small surface I wanted granite placed they said it wouldn’t delay the scheduled install date. We are happy with our counters and would recommend Daniel and his crew to anyone. In fact we already have.

Daniel and his staff are awesome to work with. They installed our granite countertops (kitchen) and we are pleased with the work they did. They are dedicated to helping your project come out as best as possible. They were able to complete our job with only one seam and had the flow of the granite stay uniform with 3 counters and an island. Experts at their craft and the best part is they were willing to give the most competitive pricing to win the job. We highly recommend them and are having them install our granite countertop on our wet bar downstairs as well. We plan to use them for our bathrooms once we update them next. Highly recommend, they are great guys who are responsive to their customers and easy to work with.

On our installation, Yakima Granite Center was really put to the test by Ray at Costless. Carpet, who subcontracts to Yakima Granite for their installs. Costless Carpet was a very poor communicator and Yakima Granite's receptionist and staff were rude and very short with me a couple times, and asked ME to make phone calls for them to Costless carpet...I feel that if Yakima Granite is going to subcontract, they need to take charge and pick up the telephone and call the customer (and send written email) and explain all the "understandings" the customer should have about the process. However, when Yakima Granite installers showed up and my old countertops were still there (removal was not communicated by Costless Carpet), the Yakima Granite installers were very professional and courteous.
