Yancey Fence Company

I had a very disappointing experience with this fencing company. When I called to inquire about a quote, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. I was told that if I was planning on calling other companies, I should consider using someone else. I had the understanding that calling around for quotes is standard practice, but I was told I was wasting the company's time. I expected better customer service and communication coming from a professional company.

Rude! I asked for their assistance regarding a quote via email and they told me to look at their site. They wont accommodate a 4ft or a front lawn privacy fence unless I get chain link or metal. I sent them photos of the yard, what I was looking for. I even sent different options I like. Some using the materials they offer and yet his response is go to my site. Umm... I did ! That's how I'm emailing you for a quote. I haven't lived in the state long, but it seem as though the small private own companies down here are lazy and rude. This is why so many people diy! I put my back yard fence up my self. I guess I will be doing the same with my front yard. 60 years of experience and you can't do a 5ft fence
