Yard Parking (NE 3rd Entrance)

Ticket reader wasn’t working at a busy time. Did my best to follow the instructions from the person on the call box, but their backup method leaves a lot to be desired as cell service at the gate is dreadful. The line of cars behind me began honking as we were finally able to make an online payment. Will not be parking here again

Don't park here. I parked here for Knot Springs (great), but when we finally left we were stuck inside the garage. The card reader at the exit would NOT read our card at all, the button to call for the assistant had no one pick up, and then the answering machine was full. We couldn't print out another ticket, couldn't call or go to the leasing office because it was past 6pm, and the sweet receptionists at Knot Springs tried to help but couldn't. Thank god for the tenants at the apartment, because they were able to let us out! Otherwise we would've had to call the police, because there was no other way at all to get out. There's a review from last year as well that complained about this same situation, and it's disappointing that YARD hasn't improved.

Not Safe and no assistance when your car is broken into. Residents at The Yard have to park here for over $200/mo and when your car is STOLEN from here, don't expect any help. They don't have much camera coverage, if any at all. They won't find footage for you, they won't get a license plate or even lift a finger to help you when one of your most expensive assets is taken in the middle of the night. For the amount of money everyone has to pay here they could easily afford a night time guard but they just choose to profit while residents suffer at the hands of greedy corporate interests and the sick society it has left us suffering through. Shame on the yard, there is nothing luxurious about not feeling safe.

DO NOT use this garage if you're expecting to pay with credit card. Card reader at exit is broken and won't scan cards, and the help button on the card reader forwards to a full mailbox.

My car was stolen from here. Security is an illusion, a mirage. The gate is pointless as it is a free-for-all. Not even any security cameras.
