Yardbirds Property Maintenance LLC

Yardbirds came to my house and we talked about the work needed. They came consistently the first month, as promised. However, starting the 2nd month, they didn't come for 5 weeks. When they did show up, they were here 10 minutes and cut 2 strips of lawn in the back yard and left. They claim they didn't come because of rain. However, it had not rained in my area for the previous 4 weeks. Obviously, I didn't pay for the service the 2nd month and questioned them about what I was being billed for. I was told they had my account under contract and I would pay a set amount every month no matter what. When they do show up, they normally do good work, it's just a matter of them showing up or letting you know they aren't coming.

They said they would be back in a week to spray for weeds, etc. and have ssome places they missed. Never came and then refused my calls, and blocked me from their facebook page!! He came across as a very caring guy and turned out to be someone you can't trust. Do not hire them....
