I requested mole treatment and was given a written contract. The contract specified grub control application and “ mole treatment application performed monthly May through October.” The charge was listed below under Total. After one visit they charged me for the total amount which I foolishly paid. They never returned. When I called to ask what was going on, they told me the “Total “ price was for the one treatment. Subsequently, they said the contract was mistaken. They would be happy to continue treatments at $119 a pop! I declined. I cannot comment on the quality of the job since they did not finish it. I almost never write reviews, but this time I have to. Our house is in a nice location, but we never did anything to make the entrance beautiful. This year we decided to landscape. I asked my neighbors whom they would suggest, and 2 or 3 of them said they had been pleased with Yardapes. I wasn’t sure I wanted to call. I envisioned a bunch of guys with their knuckles dragging on the ground coming down my driveway. Well, I am very glad I overcame that fear. A brilliant landscape designer, Jon, showed up, looked around and started thinking. It was a little like watching an artist painting a picture. Within the week, he sent me sketches of a design with pictures of the most beautiful plants and shrubs. The price was fair, and I gave the go ahead. I have been thrilled that the end resul
