Yates-Astro Termite & Pest Control Hinesville

My builder, Dryden Enterprises, uses Yates-Astro for their termite contract on their new builds and recommends them to us for pest control. The young lady who set me up over the phone for my first service was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took my budget into consideration and gave me options on how I wanted pay. I appreciated that. Tucker Harrison came out two days later to service my home. He took the time to explain everything and to answer all of my questions. He was very meticulous and pulled the appliances out and moved them back. This was a great decision! I paid for the year because it was discounted.

Jermaine was very professional and shared a lot of information about the bugs and chemicals. He did a wonderful job setting up traps and spraying my house. He answered all of my questions. Yates Astro is also very affordable, I highly recommend them when you need them.

Office personal was professional in scheduling a technician visit. Technician was courteous, professional, and a dog lover was evident when our fur person joyously greeted him as I took her for a walk while the house was being treated.

I had a positive experience with our Technician. We just started our service with Yates Astro, and he was very professional, courteous, and genuine. He explained everything to me with clarity and answered every question I had. He reviewed the quarterly progress and assured me that if we ever need them between scheduled quarterly visits, call and they will promptly come to our rescue. The entire visit made me feel valued. We don't have an issue as of now; however, just knowing they are right there to prevent or take care of any potential bug concern is reassuring.

Lee is very professional , He is respectful of areas that I ask not to be sprayed , due to Monarch / pollinators habitat, and my organic gardening .. He is punctual and calls every time without me having to follow-up with him to set an appointment .
