Yellowstone Landscape

This company, hired by my HOA, put a huge hole through the side of my house, chipped my window, broke all my termite bait stations and cut my internet line in January. It took me months to get in contact with someone, and they still haven't paid me for the damages. Jeffrey Barksdale and Robert Adams lied straight to my face telling me the invoice was approved, ghosted me for a month, then told me to send the invoice for approval again, like what? The account manager before them also lied, telling me they would stop by to check the damages. They never showed up. I didn't even choose this company and they are making my life stressful. Now I'm out a few hundred dollars fixing damages to my home (which wasn't even a year old at that point) that I did not cause myself. It's so funny because the

I was hit by one of their drivers, he damaged my bumper and now I’m having trouble getting in touch with their insurance agent. I’m annoyed and upset that management hasn’t tried to rectify the situation. Almost 900 out my pocket if I don’t get in touch with an agent. UPDATE: After leaving this review I sent over my information I was then contacted by Mary Todd who said they would give me call on Monday since I haven’t been able to speak with their insurance company. It is now Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything back when I tried to call her, her mailbox is full. 2nd update … the issue has been resolved.

I met with Bill on site at one of my Associations, and he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, great attitude and efficient— my meeting lasted maybe 5 minutes! He got the info he needed, followed up with a prompt email, and promised to have me a proposal sent over timely. 😊

I like to go out to kittredge park to walk the trail, today I noticed how meticulous this group of workers were. Very interesting to watch. It never occured to me someone maintains this. Also If they maintain this park like that I can imagine their work everywhere. Saw the name of the company hope i got it right!! Just wanted to praise these workers a bit and say awesome job and thank you!!!

We are very pleased with the service we receive from Yellowstone at our multi-family property. The account reps are responsive to all of our needs and the crew does an excellent job. Our improvement project looks wonderful and was completed quickly.
