The Holiday Inn Express in Morrow, Georgia is a beautiful property, and the front desk agent who checked me in was kind and welcoming! Unfortunately, my experience was soured by the general manager. When I called to request a copy of my bill, she was rude and unhelpful. She refused to send me the bill until I provided proof of my original booking, claiming (incorrectly) that I had modified it at the front desk — something that a simple review of the cameras would have shown was not true. When I asked for her email to send over my confirmation, she dismissively told me to “look at the previous email I sent you” instead of simply providing it. Even after I sent her the original confirmation and proved my booking was correct, she never once apologized for the inconvenience or her attitude.

The general manager at the embassy suites in hapeville, is absolutely horrible. You will contact the property to reach her for important information that has been seen and done at the property, and she does not answer not 1 call, she is disrespectful and rude to her employees. you hardly never see her come out of her office

Poor management company! They offer no benefits and the properties while they are nice they basically run themselves and onsite management is robbing them blind daily ! Especially the location in Hapeville, GA; Embassy Suites !
