Chris did 2 separate jobs for me. He removed and replaced the vanity in my bathroom. The 2nd time around, he worked on my moms apartment for me. He re-painted the entire apartment, re-grouted all the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, removed the popcorn ceiling from all the rooms and added track lights to the living room ceiling and removed and installed the blinds in the bedroom & ceiling. He did a good job, his price was reasonable and he was very honest and transparent with me. No job seems too small or too big for Chris I will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects.

I contacted Chris for a preliminary estimate visit among other couple contractors. And i found out that he likes to provide great suggestions and convey his professional expertise in a simple way. He took time to respond to my concerns as I was nervous to move forward. He cleared the paperwork with my building manager and provided sketch drawings showing the work procedure. Upon moving forward. He and his crew performed a full renovation of my 2 BR apartment. They performed some demolition, electrical & lighting, plumbing work, floors sanding refinishing, and painting of the entire apt. Highly highly recommended. I reached out for the first time for a heavy mirror installation. Chris responded and coordinated an estimate super quickly, and set up an appointment for the next day. Was professional and communicative, arrived on time, and the quality of work on the project was very satisfactory. He installed a heavy 100lb - 150lb mirror on hollow dry wall and provided the right tools and hardware for it. Couldn't be happier!
