Great service in the winter with fast response times, and faster service/response times in the summer when it's crunch time. Prices are better than other york distributors in the surrounding areas. Counter team is unmatched.

Not sure how to review just a York HVAC unit so I apologize if this is not directed at the York company itself. We had ARS rescue Rooter of Durham install a York HVAC less than a week ago and it has stopped working at least once a day if not more resulting in lots of phone calls and now 3 techs coming out to see what is wrong. Perhaps it is not the unit itself and it was the install. My main objective in putting a review here is to get York and ARS's attention to address the poor work that has been done and to rectify the situation. I do not need an AI generated response that means nothing. I need a new AC unit or my money back. I would suggested that York not allow ARS rescue rooter to install their units if they are not qualified to do so. So if someone is buying a York make sur
