Girl at the front is the most passive aggressive, she will sit there in her phone and text while you’re waiting to purchase. She also edits company orders online without consent IE Having someone’s account pay for purchases when not asking to. She will eat her food in your face and pretend she’s modifying the order for you

Had a customer with a bad txv valve, spent all day trying to open an account to warranty a part. Finally got account opened and when I got to the counter they told me they couldn't warranty that part without a d-252 license which cost $200...... Long story short had to return the valve to customer and owner, wife and kids are stuck in South Florida heat. They wouldn't even sell me the valve with an account and State license. They sure do leave customers screwed!
