I called for a small skylight drip. i had removed a lot of pine needle build up at the top thinking this certainly was the issue but wanted a professional eyeball to make sure all was ok before the next rain storm. The response was immediate and VERY friendly and professional. No issues found but caulked the top corners of the light. He was done in 15 minutes on a 90 degree day! I have to wait for the bill but so far, i am pleased with the customer service.
