Young's Plumbing

Jimmy told me he’d be out to fix our clogged drains. We were unable to use toilets or showers. Day after day he never showed up, never communicated with me. He said he got tied up but would be out later that day. Bottom line he was a no show no call. Stay away from this guy. He might be good, but even when he was told of our dire need he never gave me the courtesy of a return call or kept his word and showed up. .

I asked Jimmy to install a shower for me and he said his schedule was busy but he would get to it within a few days, in order to cater to his schedule I gave him an extra key to my house, it has now been 5 weeks, he refuses to respond to texts and when I call he quickly claims he will still get to it then hangs up. I hired a new plumber, and I assume I will need to hire someone to change my locks as well, very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. So unprofessional. Was told he would come to our house to fix a water leak on Wednesday. We called in the morning to ask an ETA and were told after lunch when it warmed up. 3pm comes around and he still has not shown up, so we called and asked and he said he’d be at the house in a bit. Well he still never showed. Wasted a whole day waiting for him to show up when we could have had an other plumber come and fix it. Don’t use him, he will just waste your time! He could have easily said he couldn't make it, but he wasn’t even professional enough to do that.

we was having issues with our shower not working right with the water pressure. I called them at 9:30am and they advised me they would be here in 30 minutes. They got here at 9:50am and was complete by 10:00am. We been trying to get this issue fixed for over 2 weeks. I will definitely be using there services again. Thank you so much Young's Plumbing.

Called several plumbers in Princeton and Hopkinsville and Young's Plumbing was the ONLY one who was professional enough to call me back. He also responds via text on his mobile phone. He was busy so it took him a couple of days to get to us but he did an excellent job and repaired our kitchen drain nightmare and replaced old metal pipe with new PVC pipe. I highly recommend Young's Plumbing. Will definitely call him first next time!
