Young's Water and Sewer

The service tech that came to my house was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and additional pipe breakage that I had. The office was supposed to call me that day , with an estimate for fixing the pipes and tell me when the parts would be in that they had to order for my water heater. I did not receive a phone call. I call them back and the lady who answers the phone told me to call my insurance and make sure I have coverage for the pipes and to make sure it's the highest maximum coverage. Monday was a holiday , so I wasn't able to call my insurance company. Tuesday, I try and get in touch with her.because she's not contacting me. When I finally get in touch with her , I asked if the parts were ordered and she told me the pipes had to be fixed first. I told you they were already repaired.

THE WORST COMPANY I ever had to deal with. No one in that office knows what they are doing or saying. The Office Manager seems to be bipolar. One minute sweet as pie next minute NASTY as Nasty can be. I put in a claim through Home Choice Warranty to have my tankless water heater flushed. Maria tells me to pay her up front that she will have this covered. Turns out my warranty company doesn't cover the flushing. I was given about 5 different appointments. Each time I called to speak to someone it was one rude person after the other. Not sure how they are still in Business. Low and behold she sends out someone he arrives looks at the tankless water heater and he was so nice and kind and advised me that he can't do it. Dee the tech was very very kind. Completely unprofessional! When you see all the HORRIBLE REVIEWS BELIEVE they are true. This is a review that they posted on our business that has been closed for 7 years. BAD SERVICE , Retaliation, threatening customers and lying about another business ( that's no longer there) because of your own actions. Terrible business practice! Customer service is extremely important, treat your customers right that's what keeps you in business and food on your table! This repair was supposed to be through our warranty, we chose to have it done elsewhere,and will never do business with this company.

Godfrey and Trey came out to assess a knocking sound in my wall, and they were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived polite and respectful—asking if they should remove their shoes and being mindful of my home and my time. They explained everything step by step, made sure I understood what was happening, and their technical knowledge gave me complete confidence. Their customer service is truly top-tier. Don’t look anywhere else—these two are the team for any plumbing or water-related issues. G&T are a mega team! Thank you for making my day.

We had and exceptional experience with this company.Trey was outstanding. He was very competent, pleasant and did an excellent job. After a couple of bad experiences with other companies Trey was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
