Ken Zitello owner of Yo Comfort Systems went over and above to repair my furnace and to make sure I had heat in this cold weather. I booked the appointment online and Ken (Owner) called me the next day to confirm. He was able to come out after I got home from work and find the problem with my furnace. He changed out the part the day after. I highly recommend him and will use this company again. Very down to earth and personable

First off, I have to say thank you to, Ken. My furnace would not light, and I could not figure it out. I gave Youngstown Comfort Systems a call, after hours, and on his son's prom night, of all nights. He came out in a very timely manner and got my furnace up and going. Any problems. CALL THESE GUYS!

Ken and his team installed a brand new furnace and AC for me about 2 and 1/2 years ago! Everything was perfect! We recently ran into an issue with the heat being crazy in our area. I sent a quick text to Ken and with minutes he called me and figured out a plan of action. Ken and everyone on his team that he sends your way is knowledgeable and kind. This family owned business always has a quick response and goes above and beyond for their customers. Ken, the owner is one of the most pleasant people I've met. He answers all questions, explains what he is doing, what is needed and how long it will take. They are extremely fair in pricing.
