Frank is a con of the worst kind. If I could give a zero or a negative score I would. Signed contract, 2/3 down $12k job. He got materials here in a week. His tractor has been parked here for at least a month now. Has worked maybe 5 hrs in 6 weeks. No communication. I have a pile of materials, a tractor, a trailer & broken down fence everywhere, no man, no communication, no nothing. Can't be trusted or relied upon. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
I got an estimate within 3 hours of asking Frank to bid my job. The quality of the materials he uses in his cedar fence are superior to what I can buy.
Never got an estimate as promised and will not contact me back. Tried to contact many times and got no where. The guy that came out to measure was very nice, but that is the last time I ever got communication from them.
Doesn't answer or return calls. What's the point?
