Originally, I had a good experience with this company, which is why this review is disappointing to write. I called Vasile out this year because temperatures were dropping and I needed to keep my furnace running a little longer until I was prepared to replace the entire unit. He stopped by to take a look, but the visit lasted approximately 18 minutes. For context, the furnace alarm cycle alone takes about nine minutes per run, and I have two units, which made it difficult to believe a thorough assessment was completed. I was not home at the time, but my wife was told that the repair would be very expensive and that he would follow up with me to discuss next steps. I never received that call. He is very affordable and he gets the job on time. We called him about an AC issue and showed the same day in a few minutes. It was a minor issue and didn’t make us break the bank. He is my lifetime HVAC contractor.
