Your Family Maid

We need to move out one place and move into another place. Your family maid did both cleaning for us. They are responsive and are on time, and charges reasonably. At both places they did a great job. Some paint got spilled, then Terry the owner stayed behind and helped to clean it himself without charging me any extra. I really appreciated their professionalism. I will not hesitate to use them again.

They charged 100 dollars an hour to clean our house and it took them three hours to clean two and a half levels of our relatively small home. The quality of the cleaning was good but they did not clean the mantelpiece or wipe the kitchen table down very well. It just feels like it took a large amount of time and money for the service that was provided. There are definitely cheaper options that would clean your house just as well.

I am so impressed with Your Family Maid services. I was looking for someone to clean my empty house in Mt Healthy area, and found them online. They did a superb job. Everything is so clean it sparkles! Their rate per hour was better than any other company I called. I highly recommend them-job well done!

I hired this company to clean my father-in-law’s house. I live out of state, but I asked my brother-in-law to be present during the 3 hour cleaning. They showed up without supplies and late. My brother-in-law was beyond upset because all they wanted to do was talk. The gentleman ran the kitchen sink for 45 minutes until my brother-in-law asked to shut it off. They spent 2 hours in a very small kitchen. The job was mediocre. I flew 4 days after they allegedly cleaned the house, and the place looked the same as before. I had to clean the whole house again. All the toilets (2) were dirty, one of them is downstairs and nobody uses it, so I know they didn’t even touch the 2nd bathroom. Please do not waste your money with them!!!

The service I received was top notch! I have a large house with a large family to match. My house was in desperate need of cleaning and their team went far and beyond to create a spotless environment. The staff was very friendly and the family enjoyed them as well. I highly recommend YOUR FAMILY MAID.
