I had hoped to leave a glowing review after two successful moves with my mother's belongings and mine over the years, but these last two moves at the end of 2025 were problematic. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but since moving is so stressful and expensive, I think that potential customers need to understand the risks so they can advocate for themselves. For a move last fall, they took a very long time to call me back, saying their internet had been down (and there indeed had been a storm). Everything seemed okay, but then they never showed up on the scheduled day of one move. I wrote it off as "these things happen," but then the next move, from Maine to Vermont, they did not show up on the agreed-upon delivery day. This is a long time coming. Honestly I had all but forgot about this terrible experience until I received some kind of networking mass email from their company recently. I hired their movers roughly a year ago. They arrived to the house. The movers were kind. The owner Sarah however was a mess. Communication was awful. The movers showed up 45 minutes early, which put us in a tough spot with elderly folks in the home. The crew agreed to run and grab a coffee and come back shortly….. Well they never came back. I was dumbfounded. I called one of the movers because I had his cell as a contact and he told me Sarah instructed him to go onto the next move. She NEVER replied to me and ignored all of my calls to inquire when they were coming back. They just completely ghosted me. I spoke with her

AmazIng Crew! These two gentlemen, Less and his partner had us laughing throughout the process once the ice was broken. They handled my Mom's (90 years old) items with the care and respect they deserved. An error was made (on my part) about which bed would work in Mom's Assisted living bedroom. The guys immediately got on the phone with"The Boss" and returned the bed and came back with correct one. If my husband and I ever move, we are definitely calling Your Family Moves. Price was exceptional. Will definitely recommend

What a great team. We did an interstate move and the team packed and moved us in the pouring rain. They were soaked from head to toe, but this never stopped them! Kudos to Les, Jeff and Joey for an excellent job in packing, moving, unpacking and furniture assembly. Not 1 item damaged or broken on a 400 mile trip. I will say though they really need to improve on all communications as this was quite frustrating and stressful that no one picked up the phone or answered text messages. We needed another truck and it was down to the wire to pick it up since no one in the office picked up the phone, even from the moving crew. They came 1 day late, but no one told us from the office about the schedule change. I was minutes from calling another company to move us. Would have been a 5+ star review i
