Throughout the process they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful of my home. They worked efficiently and left my garage cleaner than they found it. What impressed me most was the extra care they took to walk me through proper maintenance. They even set up an automated reminder so I’ll know when it’s time to lubricate everything—making long‑term upkeep effortless. Highly recommend their service.

Great experience using Your Garage Door Guys to replace the springs on my shop door. The owner was very responsive, scheduling a visit to assess the repairs needed the very next morning. We had a great experience from start to finish. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, basically walking us through exactly what needed to be fixed and why. We really appreciated how thorough and honest he was! Will was also fantastic with communication and kept us in the loop the entire time, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was actually the first person we spoke with, and from that initial contact he was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Overall, these guys are top-notch. They’re quick, affordable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. It’s hard to find a team that combines great customer service with real technical know how, but they nailed it. These guys are amazing. We got our new Garage Door 13 months ago. It was a month out of warranty. They did a service call. They were quick to respond. They did not charge me for the service call because it was so close to the 12 month warranty time. The guy could not have been nicer. The guy I texted about the Repair doesn’t even work there anymore and he notified the company I was having issues with my Garage Door. His name is Nathan. Their pricing is great. The quality is great. My Door is beautiful. The service is impeccable. The Office gal is super nice and I would advise and definitely promote them anytime an opportunity I had if you need a new door this is the company to call their family owned and could not be nicer.

At 11pm my garage door spring snapped. The next morning I found Your Garage Door Guys on Google. They had many good reviews so I called and they were able to get out the same day and fix it. Michael was knowledgeable and personable. The pricing was quite a bit higher than I thought it would be but sadly everything these days is higher than I think it should be. I found a company I will call again when needed.
