Your Home Improvement Company - Windows & Bath

8/18 I may be a bit premature in writing this review. I was contacted a week ago about the drywall part of the job, but have not heard anything since. I’m sure it will get taken care of sooner than later. We also have sliding windows with the handles located in the wrong place (high) on two of the three widows. I have not heard anything about it since these since they were installed over two weeks ago. There are a number of other issues that have arisen after closer inspection by my wife and I. I am providing pictures 8/19 This company is one of a string of companies with various names. I’m beginning to think they are a Jack of all trades and master of none. I have posted this same review to their Patio Enclosures listing. Same phone number, same office in Tacoma.

In good conscience, I could not recommend Your Home Improvement - Seattle to anyone. The final product was not professional, looked like it was installed by a DIY homeowner with no experience and the hardware looks used and cheap. Completely disappointed. If this review is even read by anyone, please avoid this company. Do your homework, get recommendations from friends. I thought I did my research but I decided to go with a company that no one heard over. Never again.

Do not use this company! We had a shower remodel done in July and the calking was never completed! We contacted the installer with promises to return to complete the job but no show. Now we've been told they are no longer licensed to do business in WA state and nobody returns any calls. We should've done our homework and used a more reputable company. This company is a joke!!

Eduard did a fantastic job and it only took three days. He is dedicated to his craft and ensured high quality. He also went out of his way to make sure everything looked beautiful. Highly recommend!

Thorough review of options with the salesman. And Kyle served a concerted effort to marry preferences with YHIC options. The transferable lifetime warranty had influence on our final decision. Finishes and material are top notch. Workmanship and diligence on site was excellent. Just wish we laid out the shower dimensions to optimize the space as with glass doors the space is a little more restrictive.
