Your Plumber

I would give them 0 stars if I could so I’m giving them an undeserving 1star. I called this company on March 25, 2020 at 5:59 pm because I had a plumbing issue. The gentleman told me he’d be to my house in one hour and he NEVER showed up nor did he call to say he wasn’t coming!!! So I professional. I called at 7:29 to see if they were still coming and the young lady said yes ma’am we are still coming. THWY NEVER SHOWE UP!!!!! Because he didn’t come or call I had to go without water for the night and have to look for another plumber in the AM. If he wasn’t coming he should have told me so I could call someone else and not go without water. I have children in my home and I need my water. All he had to do was call and let me know he wasn’t coming. I will not be contacting this company again!

Chris was supposed to install a few sinks. A month and a half later and $1000 gone, I didn't have it, and had to file a case in small claims court.

Chris was here when he said he would be and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Would recommend.
