Your Town Cesspool Plumbing

I am a tenant in a home I've lived in since 1997.The landlord has been great and has used this cesspool company since I've moved in this home. During a brutal winter this year, where the temperatures have gone below zero, a pipe bursted in my living room a couple of weeks ago. It was brutally cold outside. Houses all over Long Island were experiencing pipes being frozen and bursting. I immediately turned off the emergency boiler switch and called this plumber, Mike, who became extremely rude over the phone, telling me he couldn't help me because he was overwhelmed dealing with another customers emergency.
