BEWARE: DO NOT Hire! The owner Roger was pre-paid for work that he did not perform. Legal action was taken and although the court rightfully sided on our behalf this person took our hard earned money and ran. Read the reviews as it seems he keeps doing this to other customers. He gets your money before finishing work and then disappears with it. He was supposed to demo a small size deck, recreate it and add a roof with electric work over it. He hired a helper who actually performed most of the work that was done. The helper created the new deck. At this point, the railings around the deck, the roof and electric work which was the bulk of the project remained to be done. My daughter hired this company for remodeling. They had a contract with a list of items to be repaired. They took an $1100 deposit, and they didn’t fully complete a single item on the contract. They demanded extra payments early even though there was very little materials cost (some wire ties, hooks, and one piece of drywall). They took $1100 and refused to show back up because my daughter wouldn’t pay extra money earlier than agreed: They were also late without calling in, difficult to work with and unprofessional when speaking to my daughter and son in law. My daughter had to hire another company to finish the job, and she has asked this company to return a portion of the deposit for the work not completed. They refused to give any money back.
