I initially hired Yovani for a small demo job and a few odds and ends at a dated house I was flipping. My plan was to handle most of the work myself, but after seeing how quickly he and his team worked—and the quality, cleanliness, clear communication, and reliability they brought—I started asking, “What else can you do?” Turns out, the answer was just about everything. What started as a simple wall demo turned into Yovani running the full rehab of the flip: paint, sheetrock, texture, flooring, cabinets, doors, hardware, lighting, plumbing—you name it, he handled it (and probably 10 other things I’m forgetting). I especially appreciated Yovani’s creative input and thoughtful recommendations. He has a great eye for fixtures and finishes, suggested ways to save money on supplies and labor,

Yovani’s Repair remodeled our full bathroom and did excellent work! We were so impressed that we asked them back to put in new flooring in our living room - again, outstanding. We were so pleased we had them return a couple of years later to do a complete kitchen remodel, to include removing a wall between kitchen and living room, add crown molding to our dining room, and a complete paint job of all (using three colors). They did an absolutely beautiful remodel for us! We still recommend to others when they ask, and when we are in need for some updates or remodeling again in the future they will definitely be who we call!

I have used Yovani on four or five of my houses. He and his brother are always my first and only choice when I have a house remodel to do. They show up on time, do everything they promise and are trustworthy. I have given him my credit card for numerous trips to Home Depot and never have to worry about his integrity.
