Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Woke up this morning to find that my hot water pipes in my house were frozen solid. Went all over looking for pipe warmers to wrap my pipes. Hit the usual spots, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc .. all sold out! Makes sense since it’s 15 degrees below zero outside. Called YS and the gentleman on the phone made my day!! He said the magic words!! We are open on Sunday and we have pipe warmers in stock, several sizes!! Please come by. When I got there, not only was the service prompt and courteous, but the you man behind the counter gave me a discounted price on the items I needed. He didn’t price gouge like some many other places would have. Amazing!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!!

If you don't have an account with them, they will rip you off, they will charge you 50 to 30% more just for being a walk in customer. Stay away unless you're really desperate.

Called for part availability this AM (12/17), the guy said he’d go check, then I waited on hold for 16 minutes. I hung up and called back and the guy said “No I don’t have it.” If so why didn’t you pick up again and tell me? I asked him this and he hung up on me. I get it’s a busy store — I wouldn’t be mad in the least if the guy could just say “oh, I’m sorry.”
