I would not recommend Pat Stephens to take on your job. He started his work in June of this year and I am still left with a property in August that is not set to sell on the market. Attached is his estimate that shows "rebuilding stairs" he basically just put some new wood on the steps and didn't even touch the stringers. He made it out to be a misunderstanding and said he would make it right. I sent him another $1,000 for material and he promised he would complete the job by the weekend. I reached out to him on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday he finally responded. He stated that there was no work because of rain. See attached. He then didn't finish the work and kept the $1,000.00. My experience with this company was a pleast one they were professional and thorough and got the job done in a fast and non intrusive manner which is very important to me! And after each job the area was cleaned left in a very presentable manner I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs the job done right the first time
