After placing a claim through FAHW, Tina called me and scheduled us in and now our refrigerator has been fixed!!! Tina was awesome...very professional and related to our issue on hand!!! And her appliance tech knocked it out of the park! The tech not only showed up on time but was friendly and very professional and within 20 min, he had finished installing a new ice maker and reset the refrigerator's cpu. Thank Tina for your speedy response. I would highly recommend Yuma Appliance for any appliance repairs!

We are renters and we switched from the company our property manager originally had to Yuma Appliance because they were more respectful and mindful of the people in our home and are very professional and efficient in what they do, washer dryer repair, electrical and plumbing, all done well and in a timely manner. They even hauled the old appliances out for us after. 100% would recommend!

I highly recommend Jason. He was very nice and stayed until my washer started to make the noise it has been making for weeks (my washer decided to behave for the first 30 mins then finally went back to being a menace). He was honest about my different options, which I appreciated. It was a 10/10 experience.
